Learned fusion
It propagates uncertainty instead of hiding it, holds up under spoofing and jamming, and can explain why it believes a track is real.
Some of this needs years, not sprints.
Learned fusion at this level demands deep compute, careful validation, and the sort of multi-year defence testing you cannot shortcut. INUKSHUK sits above the commercial core on purpose, feeding it as the science matures.
